Hydrate Simply was developed as a way to easily remind you when you need to drink more water, keyword easily. Many apps track water intake. They can be great and useful, but they require a lot of time and effort on the users part to keep up with it. And for a person who already finds it difficult to keep up with their hydration schedule, keeping exact track is another layer to not following through on that commitment.
This is where Hydrate Simply comes in. We created an app that produces a simple re-occurring reminder that requires little effort; to motivate a person to get more water and maintain optimal health. No recording, no tracking, just a simple reminder when the time is right to tell you when to drink. Use the default settings, or set a custom daily amount of glasses you would like to drink, the timeframe you want to drink (eg. 8AM to 10PM), and the app will do the rest. It will send you a notification at regular even time intervals throughout the day during your specified timeframe when it is time to hydrate.
